Bond Rite Remote

The Bond-Rite REMOTE is a self-testing static grounding clamp paired with a battery-powered, wall-mounted monitoring module.

This innovative system enhances safety by continuously verifying the clamp’s connection to a conductive container or plant item, ensuring a complete grounding loop through the designated grounding point. A pulsing green LED on the enclosure’s front provides visual confirmation of proper grounding, illuminating steadily when the circuit’s resistance is 10 ohms or less.

The Intrinsically Safe monitoring electronics, LED indicator, and battery are housed in a wall-mountable enclosure. Powered by a battery lasting up to six months, the system supports grounding for an average of six hours daily. The standard SDP enclosure, made from static-dissipative material, is suited for general processing environments and offers IP65-rated protection, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
