Teo Hin Wee (“Henry Teo”)
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Teo Hin Wee (“Henry Teo”) is the Chief Executive Officer of TTOP Industrial & Engineering Sdn. Bhd., established in 2008. With over 20 years of professional experience in the engineering industry, he has extensive experience in business development, project management and strategic leadership. His professional experience spans the oil & gas, petrochemical, engineering and renewable energy sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer, he provides strategic direction for TTOP’s business development, project activities and overall corporate growth.
Dato’ Lee Wai Mun, DIMP., JP.
Executive Director
Dato’ Lee Wai Mun (“Dato’ Lee”) has more than 29 years of experience as a businessman, with diverse expertise spanning mining, construction, property development, trading, plantation and logistics. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Edubest Resources Sdn Bhd since 2005 and as Director and Chief Executive Officer of YGL iBay International Sdn Bhd since 2017. Dato’ Lee has extensive experience in business development and marketing, including the Malaysian iron ore industry. He is also an active member of the Pahang Iron Ore Association and the Malaysian Chamber of Mines
Phang Kiew Lim (“Derek Phang”)
Executive Director
Derek Phang has 17 years of professional experience in corporate finance and business advisory, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital raising, financing and restructuring. He is a member of CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and is registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. His experience covers various industries, including energy-related businesses, and has involved extensive exposure to crossborder transactions and business practices across Southeast Asia, China and Hong Kong. He previously served as Corporate Finance Senior Manager with a local independent power producer.
